Tashi Kennel is located in Scottsville, NY, which is just South of Rochester halfway between Buffalo and Syracuse. We are easily accessible by the New York Thruway from the East and West, by I 390 from the South and I 590 from the North.
Tibetan Terriers at Tashi are members of the family as well as show dogs. I call them my little kids. They live in the house, sleep in the bedroom and run and play “catch me if you can” with each other in the yard. They love to go for long walks and visit friends and neighbors (both two and four-footed) around the community.

“Shailey”, Ch Merryway Shailey Irish Cream came to live with me in 2002. We started with obedience before showing in conformation to a championship and have even done a little agility. She is the Queen and gets to sleep on the bed. OFA# TT-2846F48F-PI CERF # TT-1943/2009

“Smokey Joe”, Am. Can. Ch Merryway’s Midnight Magic Myst arrived in December, 2004 and quickly followed in Shailey’s pawprints, becoming a champion in confirmation. He loves the show ring and is doing very well as a Special and has many Best of Breeds and Group placements to his credit. He was the number 3 Tibetan Terrier in the country last year and won an Award of Merit at the Westminster Dog Show in February, 2010. Smokey has now produced 7 puppies who have become champions. He is the Clown and seems to be always smiling and ready to play. Lens Luxation #TT-PLL161/60M-PI OFA#: TT-3034G29M-PI CERF#: TT-2509/2010-68 Examined 5/29/2010

“Lucy Lu”, Mt. Breeze Charlie’s Angel joined us in the Summer of 2005. She is a little “home body” and is not sure she wants to follow the others into the show ring. She prefers to lay in my lap and watch TV with a rawhide chew. She travels to all the shows with us and someday may decide she wants to join them in the show ring. Lucy Lu has earned a Register of Merit 2009 with three champions from her first litter; Ch. Tashi's Desert Storm "Mr. Sandman", Ch. Tashi's Roxy "Roxy", Ch. Tashi's A Mid Summer's Night Dream "Sashee". Lucy has produced some more Champions. Ch Tashi's Maid of the Myst is from her second litter as well as Ch Sir Charles of Riverton. She is the thief and steals the other’s toys as well as everyone’s heart. OFA: TT-3161E38F-VPI CERF #: TT-2508/2009-52 Examined 4-11-09

"Mr. Sandman", Ch. Tashi's Desert Storm "Sandman is one of Lucy & Smokey's puppies from the June, '07 litter. He watched his daddy at the shows and couldn't wait to get into the ring. At 6 months he entered his first show and the judges loved him. He had 10 points as a 6 month old, including two 4 point majors. At 8 months he became a champion. He continues to go to the shows but only competes ocassionally. In the meantime he competes in Canada where he won a Group 4. He loves being outdoors and playing with the rest of his family. He loves having his siblings come to visit. Sandman is a lovable, huggable teddy bear. Lens Luxation #TT-PLL162/28M-VPI Normal (clear) OFA: TT-3358G26M-VPI CERF #: TT-2784/2009-23 Examined 4-22-09

Ch Tashi's Sir Charles of Riverton "Charlie" is from Lucy's Nov. 2008 litter. He was awesome in the ring and a real hit with the judges. He won 3 Puppy Group One's and loved being in the ring like his daddy. He would come out of the ring and people would say he was the one they wanted to take home. He is very social and loves everyone. He's a Champion now but his greatest joy is still playing with the rest of his family in the back yard. CERF #: TT-3000/2010-23 Examined 9/19/2010

Ch tashi's Maid of the Myst is also from Lucy's Nov. 2008 litter. She is happy and playful. She grew into a beautiful show dog and became a champion quickly. She also loves being outside and playing with the rest of the family in the back yard. She and Mr. Sandman are always the last to come back into the house. Tashi's Irish Lace "Lacey" is a puppy from Smokey and Shailey's January, 2009 litter. She is an energetic, playful little girl. She started in the show ring at 6 months and the judges loved her. Unfortunately, she was still a wild little puppy. As she got a little older she started behaving better in the ring and she has won a 5 point major and a Best of Breed. She recently won her second major so she only needs 2 points to become a new champion. She is a beautiful show dog and we're hoping for a successful career in the ring. Her favorite pastime is still that wonderful game of chase in the back yard. Mr. Sandman and their daddy, Smokey Joe are always ready to play chase. CERF #: TT-2973/2010-17 Examined 5/29/2010

Tashi's Pandemonium is the youngest now. At seven months she just went to her first show. She seemed to like going into the ring and although she didn't win I'm sure it won't take her long to start winning the points. She also has a great time in the yard playing with the rest of her family and doesn't have any trouble keeping up with them. Pandy and Lacey are about the same size now and are best buddies.
